Look, if your ship isn't happening, bow out gracefully. Why get into arguments with the people whose ships are going canon? What's the point? God, a lot of my ships haven't gone canon and I don't act like a damn child about it. I simply give up and move on, find another ship from another show or whatever. I don't get into petty arguments with other shippers. More importantly, I don't go into a board where the majority of posters are fans of whatever canon ship (or one that is obviously going canon *points at icon*) to type the same thing over and over and over again hoping to change their minds. And the arguments don't even make sense. It's just senseless babble.
Some people are just fucking stupid. I know I suck for getting angry over something so petty, but God it's aggravating, especially since nobody goes into their boards or threads to tell them why their ship is so wrong. Why do they have to do it to us?
